How do I get help with a report?
Email info@carlytics.eu with the VIN and the email address you used at checkout. We reply by email.
I paid but did not receive the report. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first, then email us with the VIN and the payment date. We will send the report link again.
Can I call you?
No. Support is by email, so every answer is in writing and easy to forward.
Can you check a car by its plate number for me?
